Commercial refrigeration is not a single purchase category. The right unit is the one that protects your product while keeping it where your team needs it.

Start With Product Flow, Not Exterior Dimensions

Begin by following food through your operation. Identify where product is received, broken down, prepped, held, cooked, cooled, packaged, and stored for the next shift. Refrigeration should reduce handling between those steps, not add trips across the kitchen.

A full-service restaurant may need a reach-in refrigerator for bulk ingredients, an undercounter refrigerator on the line for service backups, and a refrigerated sandwich or pizza prep table for high-frequency ingredients. A butcher shop or BBQ operator may need heavier cold storage near meat processing equipment, with separate space for raw proteins, cured products, and finished items. They need shelves with appropriate dimensions and load capacity. A cabinet that cannot accommodate your standard food pans creates unnecessary transfers and labor.
