Love it so far!
Pros:
Very well insulated. Very little heat on exterior and the on and off cycle for heating element minimal. I placed thermometers on top and bottom shelves, both at same reading while in use.
Bonus that I didn't see in specs is the NSF rating so passes my commercial kitchen inspection.
Can fit 4 of my 13"x14"x6" tall pans on the shelves. I use these sealed to finish off pork shoulders so no problem with fitting at least 40lbs inside.
Comes with 8 removable shelves. Spacing between shelves is 3 1/2". Enough room to fit eight 12"x15" pork bellies for smoking.
Clearance from top shelf to drip pan is 28" so plenty room to hang sausages.
Mine came with extra heating element so will see how long that lasts.
Temp display in fahrenheit.
Easy to load additional wood chips without opening door.
Excellent customer service. Had shipping problem and they responded and fixed it quickly.
Cons:
After testing, I have to set temp 10 deg F lower to match actual temp inside. Easy work around. Just test before using.
There is a slight leak of smoke around door gasket, so if using inside need some ventilation.
Vent pipe is 1 1/2" OD, odd size so will need a little ingenuity to rig it up but not difficult.
Wish it had casters.
It came with a thermometer that goes through hole in front door, but it's 9" long so unusable for me. I monitor with digital meat thermometers so not an issue for me.
Would recommend at this point.
* Update after using:
I was having problems with temp setting not matching actual oven temp. Fixed it by changing temp sensor mounting. Instead of clamping so sensor is touching cabinet, I clamped on wire and let sensor slightly dangle. What works like a charm now.
Also, don't use square pans on shelves. It blocks heat from reaching top of cabinet. Round pans and temp consistent from top to bottom.
I've ran a few hundred pounds of pork shoulders and bacon now and all works great

Purchased for a small up and coming business. First pertective plastic is a pain in the butt to get off s/s. No smoke stack that you can purchase at hardware will match up. So I had to engineer something that is a temp fix.
But on the good side. It does what it's supposed to. Cooks quickly. However door seals aren't the greatest. I'm going to have yo build a shelter outside because the entire processing room was full of smoke
