How to return an unsatisfactory product
Customers can return any unsatisfactory items within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item, we recommend that you first contact our customer service team at 510-838-5973 to request a return.
Transportation
Most of our products come with free shipping (individual products will be charged shipping based on size or weight)
Please Note: We have free returns within 30 days. However, Canadian customers need to bear the customs duties, and the customs duties are not refundable.
Order processing
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders received after 12:00 noon ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. This affects Priority, Next-Day, and Next-Day shipping methods.
