I own several KitchenAid (4.5qt, 5 qt, 6qt). None of them meets my expectation. Dough sticks to the hook. This mixer doesn't have defects of KitchenAid. There are two problems I would like manufacture to fix. 1) hard to clean. 2) too big for a family of four. I just need mixer to mix 1lb flour. However, the dough from this Hakka mixer is much better than KitchenAid, Kenmore, or Breville ( I have all of them). If you are serious about good eats, this kind of machine is the choice.
