Adjust the drying temperature from 86°F to 194°F and program the timer for up to 24 hours. The digital control panel makes it easy to select suitable settings for different ingredients, batch sizes, and desired textures.

The 1600W heating system works with rear-mounted air circulation to distribute warm air throughout the drying chamber, helping food dry more consistently across the trays while reducing the need for frequent tray rotation.

The 28 mm spacing between tray levels provides organized loading space for sliced fruit, meat, vegetables, herbs, and other ingredients while supporting steady airflow throughout the drying chamber.

The clear glass viewing door and built-in LED light allow you to monitor food color and drying progress without repeatedly opening the door and releasing heat from the chamber.

The stainless steel drying chamber, removable mesh trays, and removable drip tray are designed for repeated use and easier cleanup. Crumbs, grease, juice, and food residue can be removed more conveniently after each drying cycle.
