Adjust the drying temperature from 86°F to 194°F and program the timer for up to 24 hours. The digital touch control panel makes it easy to select suitable settings for different ingredients, batch sizes, and desired textures.

The 1400W heating system works with a rear-mounted circulating fan to distribute warm air throughout the chamber, helping food dry consistently across all 16 trays while reducing the need for frequent tray rotation.

The 28 mm spacing between tray levels provides organized loading space for sliced fruit, meat, vegetables, herbs, and other ingredients while supporting steady airflow throughout the drying chamber.

The clear glass viewing door and built-in LED light allow you to monitor food color and drying progress without repeatedly opening the door and releasing heat from the chamber.
