Select a drying temperature from 86°F to 194°F, equivalent to 30°C to 90°C. The adjustable temperature control makes it easier to choose suitable settings for fruit, vegetables, meat, herbs, mushrooms, and other ingredients.

The rear-mounted drying fan helps circulate warm air across the drying chamber, while the upgraded airflow design helps food dry more evenly across multiple trays and reduces the need to manually rotate trays during drying.

The front touch control panel allows you to adjust the temperature and drying time according to the ingredient, slice thickness, and desired texture. The programmable timer can be set for up to 24 hours.

Ten removable mesh trays provide approximately 8.9 sq. ft. of total drying space for arranging fruit, jerky, herbs, vegetables, and other foods. Each tray measures approximately 11.8 × 10.9 inches, or 300 × 277 mm, with about 28 mm of space between tray levels.

The 800W electric heating system provides the heat needed for everyday drying tasks, helping prepare dried fruit, vegetable snacks, jerky, herbs, mushrooms, and a variety of homemade dried foods.

The clear front glass door lets you check the drying progress without repeatedly opening the dehydrator. The light function helps improve visibility when checking food and drying trays.
