How to return an unsatisfactory product

Most of our products come with free shipping (individual products will be charged shipping based on size or weight)
Please Note: We have free returns within 30 days. However, Canadian customers need to bear the customs duties, and the customs duties are not refundable.
Order processing
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders received after 12:00 noon ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. This affects Priority, Next-Day, and Next-Day shipping methods.
