Arrived as promised and well packed.
This model is the smallest and rated for 6.5 to 7.5 kg (14.3 to 16.5lbs).
First batch was 7.5kg and was too much for unit as the meat was coming out the top and the lid needed to be held down. Also entire unit would twist/rock due to turning force. In later batches 5kg was optimal and units base needs to be clamped to the counter to keep it steady and not twist. Small batches also a problem. Needs at least 3kg to get proper mixing.
Cleaning is difficult. When washing thin sheet metal lid cut my finger on sharp unfinished edge. The welded seam inside the tub also had a very small gap and so meat was in this seam. Sponge wouldn’t get it out so had to run the fine tip of a toothpick to get the meat out. It would make cleaning easier if the tub could be separated from the unit for washing but unfortunately it’s fixed to the stand/gear box. Count on 20+ minutes to clean the unit.

Very nice piece of equipment, but will tire you out. Needs a low rpm motor attachment.
does exactly what you would expect. cheaper than the normal name brand I would normally buy.
