• Medium Speed: Rotates 2.5 circles clockwise, followed by 2.5 circles counterclockwise.
• Fast Speed: Rotates 3.5 circles clockwise, followed by 3.5 circles counterclockwise.
Built entirely from high-grade stainless steel, this unit is resistant to corrosion and designed for long-term commercial use. The 18L (36 lb capacity) drum features a heavy-duty rubber seal to maintain a consistent vacuum environment. The exterior includes multiple heat sinks for safe, continuous operation in busy kitchens or processing plants.

These guys are fantastic. Nice product fast shipping. The only drawback is that I am in the United States and have a very hard time of reading the pressure/vacuum gauge. I really wish that I could change this gauge out so I could do a better job understanding how to prepare and marinate the various meats. Also, it would be nice to have an instruction manual to explain the different. Vaccuum settings to marinate with and the length of time.
